I won't shut up, how can I learn to fight?
I talk a bunch of mess, but I can't fight. Plus, I like to wear cute, designer shoes that aren't good for running; and my petite behind can't haul all that fast any way. I keep my nails in a classic, short buff-to-shine style so I wouldn't have any problem throwing a punch-if I knew how. Currently, I just keep mace on hand.
What is the best way to defend myself? I am willing to pay for classes--not anger management ones though, mind you.
If you are looking to defend yourself against muggers, domestic violence, etc. there are definitely self-defense classes that you could take. The mace is a good idea. And your "big mouth" might help too, because you could use verbal responses that might surprise and scare off your potential attackers. You'll learn this in the self-defense classes. I'd check with the YWCA and local community education programs.

Evra relishing Beckham's European return
England midfielder Beckham, who made his name with United, is set to launch his trice lend session with Italian giants Milan from US Major League Soccer elevation the Los Angeles Galaxy in January.

"Van der Sar is unbelievable. His composure, organisational abilities, the manage of the people in front of him...He's an agony of presence.
"Tomasz Kuszczak is 27 now but he hasn't had a great split of first-players football in the Premier League. The same with Ben Foster. You forget the composure that Edwin van der Sar brings.
"But on the decisive side, Kuszczak has been fantastic.
